Here are the best deals I see at Walgreens this week. There are several good deals with the coupons that come out Sunday. (Inserts vary by region so there is no sure way to know if we will get them or not until the paper arrives.)
If didn’t list your favorite deal or you know of a coupon I missed leave a comment and let me know.
If you are new to Walgreens shopping you can check out my Walgreens Store Guide for all the rules and tips. It might also be helpful to read or print Walgreens Coupon Policy.

This is the one of the fantastic things about shopping at drug stores where buy one get one free items actually ring up one at full price and one for free. (unlike grocery stores where they both ring up half price)
You are getting one free from the store, then using your coupon you get one free from the manufacturer. You are “buying” the one from the store with the coupon- they will get reimbursed for it. So you will “get one” free from the store.
Does that make sense?
Katie, the Walgreens ad didn’t say anything about RR for the Cottonelle Toilet paper (12 ct)…??
I tried the tylenol precise today and because it is $7.99 and the coupons total $8.00 they would not let me do it because the coupons were more than the item. im confused how is everyone getting things like this to work?!?!?!
Katie, is it possible that my RP (don’t you like how I am already using the lingo) insert from 5/1 is different here in MN than there? Because I don’t have the coupons you have mentioned? Lisa
I just went to Walgreens yesterday, and used all of your “deals”. I am new to the coupon craze and trying to take it slowly. I recieved $10.00 in RR at Walgreens yesterday, so when I go back can I use all of my rewards at I one time or is it only (1) allowed per transaction? Thanks, Kristi

Katie, I have been using your tips and learning a lot each week but I cannot figure out how to get the Facebook coupons to print or really get to them. I am getting to the pages of the products and to the coupon spot but not to the value amount or to a way to print. Tips? Also what does (FF) mean? Thank you.
my ad didn’t either but I rec’d a $3 RR yesterday and got another pack of toilet paper for .87 using Walgreens $1 coupon and RR
Katie I am also looking at my Red Plum coupons and cannot find the Noxzema razors I haven’t looked for others yet I have a hard time finding a lot of coupons from printable links too, I think I’m doing something wrong. Please help.
Go here fore the noxema razor coupon info:
http://hip2save.com/2011/05/hot-new-21-noxzema-razors-coupon-better-than-free-at-walgreens.html
Then you have to select “drug store coupons” tab.
FF means FireFox it is a web browser, like Explorer. You usually have to click on the like button to get to the coupons and sometimes click allow when it asks for access to your public info.
RR count as manufacturer coupons. At Walgreens you cannot have more manufacuters coupons than items is your order so it will depend on what you are buying and how many coupons your are using, but you can use multiple RR in one transaction.
Also remember- if you are doing the same deals again RR will not print if you use a RR that you earned from that deal. So you will have to rotate.
It is very likely that your inserts are different. There is wide regional variation between inserts.
This is from their published coupon polcy= In the event that any item’s selling price is less than the value of the coupon, Walgreens will only accept the coupon in exchange for the selling price of the item. Coupon redemption can never exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any coupons.
So it should have been adjusted down. You can find the link to their policy at the top of the post. it is helpful to have it with you sometimes.
