Target Coupon Policy Update: 2 Changes to Note

Time to pull your old Target Coupon Policy out of your binder and print off the new one! Target has just made a few updates to its Coupon Policy. There are a of couple slight additions and two main changes (bold print is exact wording, other text is by me):

1. Limit of 4 identical coupons per household, per day (unless otherwise noted on coupon) This means you can use four unless the coupon limits you to less. This may help with shelf clearing…

2. Returns of items purchased using Manufacturer coupons may receive coupon value returned in the form of a Target GiftCard. To me this is a great change. For example, if you buy laundry detergent  for $10  and use a $1/1 Manufacturer’s Coupon, then decide to return it. You will get a $9 refund, and  then $1  (the value of the coupon) will be put on a Target Gift Card. The value of a Target Coupon used is never refunded.

3. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit the use of any coupon.

You can view and print off a copy of Target’s Coupon Policy Here. How do you feel about these changes?

Thanks, Totally Target

  1. Thanks for the Target coupon update. I like having a limit on the coupons used.
