Subway has introduced a new Subway Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sub, and it is good.
The whole family loaded up over the weekend and headed to Subway. Part of the perks of being THE HUSBAND or one of my children is you get to try new things and give me your opinion. (O.K. so there may have been a few moans and groans when I told them all I didn’t need to hear their order, I was ordering for them.)
Here is the general consensus among the six of us- Yummy. The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich is part the FRESH FIT™ menu with only 6 grams of fat in a six inch and tastes good enough for even my picky children. This sandwich is somehow light and filling all at the same time, don’t ask me how. For all these reasons it has moved to the top of our Subway list.
In case you’re wondering, the Subway FRESH FIT™ menu offers a variety of sandwiches that are certified by the American Heart Association. These menu items are under 700 calories, less than 30% of calories from fat, 900 mg or less of sodium, 10% of daily value of 1 of 6 beneficial nutrients and several other criteria.

Two minutes later the game was all set up with no help from me.
My boys had a great time with this game. It is easy to set up, the rules are straightforward and they are supposed to knock over things their brother just built. What more could a boy ask for?

At our house this little guy inspired a game of “real angry birds”. Two of the boys stood on pillows or playroom chairs while a third threw the flyer at them. If they were hit they had to fall of their chair. Yep, that is my life with a house full of boys.
