Mission of Hope Back to School Drive: Donate Supplies to Help Kids in Need (even on a Budget)

I was reminded of this while watching the story on WBIR this morning and from messages on Facebook.

The Mission of Hope needs your help with its Back to School program. The 2012 campaign will be our 15th annual event and we plan to assist over 10,000 Appalachian children with the school supplies they will need to get a good start to their school year.

They are collecting supplies at local Food City stores through July 29th. Back to School deals are happening all over town so this is a great way to help our community, even while sticking to a budget. Below are the supplies The Mission of Hope  is requesting and a few ideas on where to get great deals on them!
