Publix Opens First Knoxville Store Thursday, August 2, 2012

Location: Northshore Town Center

Date of Opening: Thursday, August 2, 2012, 7 a.m.
Ribbon Cutting: Thursday, August 2, at 6:45 a.m.
Regular Store Hours: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. EST

ATLANTA, Ga., July 10, 2012 – Publix proudly opens its first store in Knoxville, Thursday, August 2, at 7 a.m. Grand Opening Day will include a 6:45 a.m. ribbon cutting ceremony with remarks by Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero and Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett.
The 56,000 square-foot store with approximately 200 associates will offer conventional items combined with an abundant selection of earth-friendly, all-natural and organic products for customer convenience.

    I am soooo excited! I just moved here 2 months ago from FL where I had 5 Publix stores in a 2 mile radius. In my opinion, nothing compares to the deals I get at Publix!
